Job summary

SPHERE is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to lead enterprise customer engagements from kickoff through delivery, owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality across multiple workstreams. This role bridges customer stakeholders with SPHERE's implementation and technical teams, sales, and leadership in a fast-moving environment.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years delivering large enterprise programs, strong technical fluency in infrastructure and identity concepts, and a proven record of navigating

Qualifications

8+ years delivering enterprise software implementations.
Strong technical acumen across infrastructure and identity concepts.
Experience managing strategic, large-enterprise programs.
Able to travel to client sites periodically.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Onshore in the U.S. Eastern or Central time zones.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of assigned customer programs.
Build and maintain integrated project plans and resourcing across multiple concurrent engagements.
Track program budgets, burn rates, change orders, and scope changes.
Manage stakeholder relationships and provide status updates.
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
