Job summary

EIDA Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead a US portfolio, guiding onboarding, implementation, and adoption of our construction project management platform. You will manage relationships with customer project leads, platform admins, and stakeholders to drive retention and growth.

You will coordinate onboarding with technical and product teams, track milestones, and ensure clear communication throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications

1 to 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, client-facing project coordination, or SaaS onboarding role.
Experience supporting onboarding and implementation processes in a software or technology environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously, maintaining quality and responsiveness across a portfolio.
Exposure to complex industries such as construction, engineering, pharma, life sciences, or capital projects is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of accounts and guide onboarding through steady-state success.
Lead regular customer meetings and cadence calls with documented outcomes and next steps.
Track implementation progress against milestones and follow up with teams and customers.
Monitor platform adoption and usage, identify customers needing enablement to gain full value from the product.
Surface feedback, risks, and blockers to the wider team and ensure timely resolution.
