Job summary

Total Expert is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to manage a defined portfolio of Tier 4 customers, driving adoption, engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will build strong relationships, guide customers toward outcomes, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Implementation to ensure value realization and renewal.

This hybrid role in the Dallas, TX or Minneapolis, MN area offers on-site days and remote options for others; develop technical platform

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of client-facing experience in Customer Success, Account Coordinat or Support.
• Mortgage, banking, financial services, or fintech experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills to lead conversations with multiple stakeholders.
• Customer-first mindset with focus on meaningful outcomes.
• Proactive account management; anticipate needs and take action without direction.
• Strong sense of urgency, ownership and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of Tier 4 customers and be the primary point of contact.
• Develop understanding of each customer's business objectives and desired outcomes.
• Lead recurring touchpoints, success planning, and business reviews.
• Monitor customer health, usage, engagement, and risk signals.
• Develop action plans to address risks and improve adoption and outcomes.
• Drive product adoption through proactive outreach, training, and best-practice guidance.
• Prepare for customer reviews using data, insights and recommendations.
• Own renewal conversations and contribute to retention strategies across the portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion based on customer needs and product fit.
• Collaborate with Sales to support expansion opportunities and alignment on strategy.
