Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Community Health, Education, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or closely related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with high school aged students or young adults.
• CPR/First Aid certification; Food Worker Card; Valid WA State Drivers License and auto-liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school staff, families, and partners to support students’ academic success and well‑being.
• Create school needs assessments and plans with leadership and counselors.
• Provide needs-driven, human-centered services within the Community Schools Model.
• Assist students and families with essential basic needs supports and referrals.
• Manage a caseload of 40–50 students at Tumwater High School and track progress.
