Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Manager Build to Rent to coordinate maintenance across multiple communities. The role involves preparing schedules, overseeing repairs, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

You will conduct site visits, manage inventory and budgets, and work with a team to meet tenant needs. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with the Community Manager Build to Rent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years or more experience with progressive maintenance, safety, and all major types of heating and air conditioning, construction background including, but not limited to: foundations, framing, roofing, plumbing and electrical.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage maintenance schedules and supervise staff.
• Perform routine repairs and oversee rehabilitation and construction projects.
• Ensure security and maintenance of tools and inventory.
• Travel to sites and conduct site visits up to 95% of the time.
