Job summary

BH Management, LLC seeks a Service Manager Build to Rent to coordinate maintenance across multiple communities in Texas. Qualifications

• Minimum of two years or more experience with progressive maintenance and related trades.
• HVAC systems knowledge and certification.
• Strong communication and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to travel to multiple communities as needed.
• Must provide own industry hand tools and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage weekly/daily maintenance schedules.
• Tour properties daily to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Oversee maintenance staff and assign tasks to address repairs.
• Maintain property grounds appearance and assist with rehab/construction projects.
• Ensure security and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Coordinate safety training and property safety audits.
• Adapt to varying schedules, including overtime and on-call rotations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
