Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Manager for Build to Rent operations onsite in Converse, TX. You will coordinate maintenance teams across multiple communities, manage schedules, budgets, and safety programs, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role requires HVAC certification, EPA Type II, and CPO, with strong organizational and communication skills. Travel between communities is expected; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressive maintenance experience with HVAC, safety and trade skills.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repair and preventive programs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to multiple communities; onsite work 95% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and assign tasks to staff.
• Oversee daily upkeep, safety, and rehabilitation projects.
• Conduct site visits to multiple communities weekly.
• Maintain inventory and monitor monthly repair budgets.
• Balance competing priorities with independent judgment.
• Assist with safety audits and staff training coordination.
• Ensure proper handling and security of tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
