Job summary
NBCP Communications Systems in San Antonio, TX is seeking an AV/Systems engineer with strong design and proposal experience. You will develop audio, video and teleconferencing solutions, perform site surveys, create wiring diagrams, and support the sales team with pricing while maintaining high standards of client interaction.
The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with the flexibility to work from home up to 30% of the week and travel less than 20% annually.
Qualifications
- 3 years AV systems design and proposal writing experience.
- Experience with AV/VTC systems installation and operation.
- Strong client interaction under high pressure.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and pass background checks.
Responsibilities
- Develops and grows new sales opportunities via personal interaction and outreach.
- Designs high-end audio, video and teleconferencing system designs for proposals.
- Attends site surveys and develops bid proposals and pricing.
- Creates CAD or Visio wiring diagrams and installation plans.
- Interacts with customers in absence of the Project Manager.
