Job summary

AV Hiring USA is seeking an Audio Visual Systems Engineer to design and engineer comprehensive A/V systems across corporate, education, and entertainment environments.

You will develop design documentation, perform site surveys, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure alignment with client needs, budgets, and installation requirements. Hybrid/onsite flexibility and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the Audio-Visual industry with 2 years in design/engineering.

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and design documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer A/V systems for diverse environments such as conference rooms, education spaces, and arenas.
• Prepare scope of work narratives and bid specifications when required.
• Create equipment lists and BOMs based on project requirements and budgets.
• Conduct site surveys and client needs-analysis meetings for informed designs.
• Coordinate with IT, electrical, HVAC and other trades to ensure integration.
