Zusammenfassung

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver virtual care for menopause transitions. You will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborate with a multi-specialty team, and guide patients through multi-week programs focused on metabolic health and overall well-being.

As an independent contractor, you control your schedule, while Pomelo handles onboarding, credentialing, and billing.

Qualifikationen

• National RD/RDN certification and state license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EMR systems.

Aufgaben

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop cohesive care plans.
• Engage patients in multi-week programs to support lifestyle changes and well-being.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone and gut health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure privacy and compliance.
