Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver virtual care for perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will conduct synchronous video visits, work with a multidisciplinary team, and guide patients through multi-week programs to improve metabolic health and well-being.

You will set your own schedule, receive onboarding bonuses, and benefit from AI-supported documentation. This independent contractor role emphasizes patient outcomes and flexible care delivery.

Qualifications

• National RD or RDN certification with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Partner with patients over multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone health and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for visits conducted via Pomelo platform.
