Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver virtual care for perimenopause and menopause transitions. Join a multidisciplinary team and set your own schedule while delivering evidence-based nutrition therapy via telehealth to patients nationwide.

You will conduct synchronous video visits with a focus on metabolic health, bone and gut health, and collaborate with medical providers and therapists to drive optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or RDN with licensure in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all Pomelo visits.
