Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions. By joining Pomelo, you will have the autonomy to set your own schedule while being part of our multi-specialty care model.

You will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and guide patients through multi-week programs to improve metabolic health and bone and gut health.

Qualifications

• RD or RDN with state license required.
• Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Able to commit at least 10 patient-facing hours weekly.
• Comfort with telehealth, video conferencing and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and communication; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits for one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary care team to ensure holistic care plans.
• Manage multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone and gut health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with privacy standards.
