You will deliver holistic nutrition care via synchronous video visits, collaborating with medical providers and a therapist to ensure cohesive, patient‑focused plans.

Qualifications

• National certification as an RD or RDN with a US state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in evidence‑based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to at least 10 patient‑facing hours per week.
• Comfort with telehealth, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits delivering one‑on‑one nutrition care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate with a multi‑specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Engage patients in multi‑week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
