Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice focused on women and children, offering care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, and menopause. As a Registered Dietitian with Pomelo, you will provide remote, evidence-based nutrition care through video visits within a multidisciplinary team, setting your own schedule and delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• CDR RD license active in any US state.
• Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms, video visits, and EMR use.
• Strong communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to deliver one-on-one nutrition care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure cohesive care plans and outcomes.
• Engage patients in multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and comply with privacy standards.
