Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice focused on pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. We are expanding our network of Registered Dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and deliver nutrition therapy for midlife transitions while controlling your schedule.

Qualifications

• National certification as RD or RDN with license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Guide patients over multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure privacy/compliance.
