Job summary

Pomelo Care, a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, is expanding its network of Registered Dietitians to deliver remote nutrition counseling for perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will set your own schedule while collaborating with a multi-specialty care team to provide cohesive care.

Responsibilities include synchronous video visits, evidence-based nutrition therapy, and maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD/N by the CDR with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan and better patient outcomes.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program format to support lasting lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy, safety, and compliance standards for all Pomelo visits.
