Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, delivering care nationwide. We’re expanding our network of registered dietitians to provide evidence-based nutrition therapy via telehealth, with you setting your own schedule and working within a multidisciplinary care model.

You will conduct synchronous visits, collaborate with clinicians and therapists, and guide patients through multi-week programs while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RD/RDN credential and be licensed to practice in any US state.
• Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Available for at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits delivering one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Lead multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and privacy compliance.
