Job summary

Raintree Systems is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to lead client implementations from kickoff to go-live. You will configure billing and clinical workflows, test electronic claims, and coordinate data conversions.

You will train client teams and ensure milestones are met, while collaborating with sales and support for successful onboarding. This is a remote, US-based role with strong emphasis on financial efficiency and payer relations.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with medical billing workflows (charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management).
• Familiarity with therapy billing requirements and payer setups.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of client implementations for revenue cycle management.
• Configure Raintree applications for RCM, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Lead setup and testing of claims submission, remittance, eligibility verification, and clearinghouse integrations.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle staff through product milestones.
• Ensure milestones are met on time and coordinate data conversion and timelines.
