Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager/Director of Revenue Cycle to own and scale the billing engine, reporting to Head of Finance. Based in SF or remote, you will lead payer contracting, denials management, and end-to-end remittance reconciliation.

The role emphasizes precision, cross-functional collaboration, and building scalable processes with compliance in mind. Ideal candidates have 5-7+ years in revenue cycle with team leadership and startup experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of total revenue cycle experience with 2-3+ years of people management.
• Experience with payer contract negotiation across commercial, Medicaid, and self-pay.
• Strong analytical and root-cause problem solving.
• Ability to build scalable processes and partner across functions.
• Startup or virtual care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the RevOps team, setting priorities and scaling as the business grows.
• Own payer contracting strategy and ensure loaded terms are enforced across billing systems.
• Set billing accuracy standards and maintain clean-claim rates.
• Own denials end-to-end, analyzing trends and driving fixes across teams.
• Drive cross-functional resolution with Patient Support, Operations, Growth, and Product.
• Lead reconciliation of ERA/EOB and collections to reduce aging balances.
• Partner with Finance for month-end close and reporting.
