Daymark Health Inc. is seeking a hands-on leader to build and head Revenue Cycle Management. You will own end‑to‑end billing, vendor management, claims operations, and risk adjustment, partnering with Clinical Ops, Finance, Product and Data.

You should bring deep experience with third‑party billing vendors, claims/clearinghouse platforms, and a vision for AI‑enabled RCM. This is a remote role with growth potential in a fast‑growing healthtech startup.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end revenue cycle management and oversight of vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of HCC coding and risk adjustment workflows.
• Interest in applying AI to RCM processes and workflows.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth healthcare company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Daymark's Revenue Cycle Operations and end-to-end RCM across payer types.
• Set up patient billing workflows, including statements and collections with patient experience in mind.
• Manage third-party billing vendors and clearinghouse relationships, monitor performance and contracts.
• Own claims submission, denial management, and resubmission processes.
• Define and track RCM KPIs (clean claims, denials, AR days, net collection rate).
• Partner with Finance on revenue recognition and cash flow forecasting.
• Support risk adjustment operations aligned with care model and payer contracts.
