Job summary

Medsien, Inc. in San Francisco seeks a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead the billing team and report to the COO. You will own end-to-end revenue cycle activities, including claims, denials, appeals, and payment reconciliation.

You will ensure accurate Medicare and commercial payer billing, monitor KPIs, reduce denials, and drive process improvements while developing the revenue cycle team. Familiarity with CMS regulations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience and management.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare billing and other commercial payor policy.
• Analytical, process-oriented and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end revenue cycle, including claims, denials, appeals, and payment reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate billing and compliance for Medicare and commercial payers.
• Monitor KPIs, identify revenue opportunities, and reduce denials.
• Lead and develop the revenue cycle team while improving processes and performance.
• Stay current on CMS regulations and payer policy changes to ensure compliance.
