Job summary

Optum Insight, part of UnitedHealth Group, seeks a Director, RCM Client Delivery to lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations for Health System partnerships. You will drive SLA adherence, client satisfaction, and performance across Front, Middle, and Back RCM with a focus on back-end processes.

You will manage a delivery team, collaborate with COEs, and partner with client leaders to improve efficiency, apply technology, and achieve growth while maintaining a strong client focus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of RCM Operations leadership overseeing Front, Middle, and Back RCM.
• 5+ years of client management/consulting experience within healthcare delivery systems.
• 4+ years planning and managing overall RCM strategy to ensure SLA adherence, incentive goals, and client performance.
• Demonstrated experience driving projects and introducing technology to improve client performance and operational efficiency.
• Willing or ability to travel up to 25% of the time on a sustained basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RCM performance across Front, Middle, and Back functions.
• Provide updates to clients and Centers of Excellence (COEs) as necessary.
• Proactively raise concerns with clients and delivery teams, influencing change to drive action and improvement.
• Drive cost performance, productivity, and growth.
• Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across matrixed teams to deliver end-to-end performance requirements for revenue cycle clients.
