Job summary

Sanofi seeks a Rare Hematology Area Business Manager (ABM) to drive sales for AYVAKIT and WAYRILZ across the US hematology/oncology landscape from a remote base. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years biotech/pharma sales experience.
• Must reside near the assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own sales execution for hematology/oncology in the territory for AYVAKIT and WAYRILZ.
• Identify and engage hematologists and care team members who influence treatment decisions.
• Build relationships with accounts and diverse healthcare stakeholders.
• Develop territory business plans to achieve performance objectives.
• Lead market development and patient identification within the territory.
• Present complex clinical information to physicians in academic centers and large practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs compliantly.
• Utilize CRM and analytics to understand trends and KPIs.
