Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Community Development Manager for the West Northern California region. This remote role drives sales, optimizes care pathways for rare disease patients, and partners cross-functionally to expand the rare disease business in the territory.

You will engage community prescribers, educate providers on diagnosis pathways and treatment expectations, and collaborate with the CSAD to co-create value account plans while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare.
• Strategic thinker with ability to analyze market situations and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders to provide disease awareness, product knowledge, and referral support.
• Identify and pursue patient opportunities in Community & Development accounts through strategic prospecting.
• Build and execute clear account plans and achieve patient sales targets.
• Educate healthcare providers on the Sanofi RD portfolio and diagnostic/testing pathways.
• Travel as needed to assigned accounts to meet with key stakeholders.
