Job summary

Sanofi US Services is seeking a Community Development Manager for the West Southern California region. This remote role focuses on growing rare disease business, optimizing care pathways, and engaging cross-functionally to improve patient outcomes.

You will build relationships with prescribers, educate on lysosomal storage disorders, organize account plans, and travel as needed to meet with stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferable in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strategic sales thinker with the ability to analyze complex market situations and develop innovative solutions to drive sales and optimize care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to provide disease awareness, product knowledge, and referral support.
• Identify and pursue potential patient opportunities via prospecting in Community & Development accounts.
• Responsible for 5 therapeutic areas and 7 brands.
• Build and execute against clear account plans.
• Achieve and exceed patient sales targets.
• Cultivate diverse network of healthcare providers and educate on RD portfolio.
• Travel to assigned accounts to meet with key stakeholders.
