Job summary

Sanofi in the United States seeks a Community Development Manager for the West Northern California region. This remote role reports to the Commercial Strategic Account Director and focuses on growing the rare disease portfolio, expanding the network of prescribers, and guiding strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.

You will educate providers on the RD portfolio, promote diagnostic pathways, and collaborate across functions while traveling to key accounts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
• Strategic sales thinker with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to provide disease awareness and referral support.
• Build and execute clear account plans.
• Achieve and exceed patient sales targets.
• Educate healthcare providers on the Sanofi RD portfolio.
• Travel to assigned accounts as needed.
• Collaborate with Sanofi teams across functions.
