Job summary

Initial Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Community Development Manager to drive growth in the West Northern California region, primarily working remotely.

You will cultivate relationships with community prescribers, educate on the rare disease portfolio, and develop account plans to optimize patient referrals and outcomes. This role reports to the Commercial Strategic Account Director, collaborates across functions, and will travel as needed to key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare (preferred).
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market and develop innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to provide disease awareness, product knowledge, and referral support.
• Identify and pursue potential patient opportunities through strategic prospecting.
• Manage 5 therapeutic areas and 7 brands.
• Build and execute clear account plans.
• Achieve and exceed patient sales targets.
• Educate healthcare providers on the Sanofi RD portfolio and diagnostic pathways.
• Travel to assigned accounts and regions as needed.
• Collaborate with Sanofi team across functions.
