Qualifications

• BS/BA with 4+ years biotech or pharmaceutical sales
• Master's degree with 2+ years in biotech/pharma sales
• PhD with some experience considered
• Experience with rare diseases preferred, especially endocrine space
• Familiarity with Salesforce and BI tools

Responsibilities

• Lead patient-centric model implementation involving physicians and healthcare facilities
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Centers of Excellence and academic institutions
• Serve as the authority on resources to support providers for rare disease patients
• Create and execute strategic business plans based on local market conditions
• Leverage clinical knowledge to execute local disease education and promotional programs
• Maintain relationships within payer landscape to maximize patient access to therapies
• Engage with providers to deliver high-level clinical education on rare endocrine disease
