Qualifications

• BA/BS in HR, Administration, or related field with at least two years of experience, or combination totaling six years.
• Demonstrated experience in Graduate Medical Education (GME).
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to problem solve.
• Ability to organize and present complex information to others.
• Experience handling a wide range of administrative tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute to process improvements.
• Interpersonal skills and customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google applications, Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of educational services for Radiology residents/fellows.
• Act as operational link between education administration, physicians, fellows, residents, and regulatory offices.
• Organize IR/DR ACR In-Training Exams and trainee reviews.
• Manage rotations, conferences, and residency communications.
• Draft or edit policies and maintain residency handbooks.
