Job summary

The University of Minnesota is seeking a Program Administrator to manage day-to-day educational services for Radiology residents and fellows. You will act as the operational link among the department, attending physicians, fellows, residents, and institutional offices.

You will coordinate exams, reviews, rotations, and policy updates while maintaining efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment. A BA/BS in HR or related field and GME experience are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in HR, Administration or related field with at least two years of experience.
• Experience in Graduate Medical Education (GME).
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to organize and present complex information.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and independent work.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management of educational services to Radiology residents/fellows.
• Serve as the operational link between education administration, attending physicians, fellows, residents, and offices.
• Organize Interventional Radiology Residencies, Neuroradiology Fellowship, and Breast Imaging Fellowship.
• First point of contact for assigned programs, finance, visas, residency conferences.
• Prioritize work, establish procedures, and ensure timely workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate IR/DR ACR In-Training Exams and trainee reviews.
• Manage IR/DR AIRP rotations and track SIR Critical Care modules.
