Job summary

The Department of Radiology at the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Medicine and Public Health is seeking a Graduate Medical Education Program Manager to join our Education team. This role will oversee ACGME-accredited training programs and serve as the primary support for the Diagnostic Radiology Residency, collaborating with the Assistant Director of Education and faculty leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of full-time, professional work experience in an administrative or academic setting.
• Preferred experience in graduate medical education or related fields.
• Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Program Director to assess curriculum, evaluations, and records.
• Guides resident/fellow recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding for regulatory compliance.
• Ensures documentation and program expenditures stay within budget.
• Provides expert consultation to maintain accreditation and regulatory compliance.
• Acts as primary contact with the program, GME Office, and regulatory agencies.
• May supervise staff and attend monthly GME meetings and national conferences.
