Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer to enable customers to adopt Reporting Pro, designing configuration, templates and structured reporting with radiologists. You will coach teams, resolve complex issues, and drive AI-enabled reporting adoption across customer sites.

As a technical lead, you will coordinate go-lives, L3 support, and product feedback while ensuring regulatory and security standards are met. This is a remote role in the United States with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare IT or medical imaging
• 5+ years in a customer-facing radiology tech role (e.g., admin, consultant, engineer)
• HL7 v2 knowledge including orders to reports distribution to RIS and EHR
• Configuration of report templates, macros, structured reporting and speech recognition
• Strong radiology workflow understanding (RIS, worklists, reading, dictation, sign-off)
• Cloud hosting knowledge (GCP, AWS, Azure) including storage and SSO
• Ability to communicate technical decisions to radiologists, IT leaders and executives
• Imaging informatics credential preferred (CIIP/PARCA/ARRT)
• Experience with AI-assisted reporting and DICOM/PACS integration preferred
• Experience in regulated medical device environment (FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, IEC 62304)
• Microsoft Office experience required

Responsibilities

• Own technical solution design and configuration of Reporting Pro for assigned customers.
• Lead technical discovery with customers and implementation teams.
• Build and validate report templates and structured reporting content with radiologists.
• Train and coach implementation teams on configuration standards and deployment playbooks.
• Serve as customer-facing technical lead during go-lives, hypercare and escalations.
• Provide L3 escalation support for Reporting Pro issues (~20–30% of time).
• Convert recurring needs into standardized workflows and product requirements.
• Escalate engineering issues, document defects and close loop with customers.
• Support site reliability engineering and drive reliability improvements.
• Define AI adoption requirements and coordinate with Product/Engineering.
• Configure and support AI-enabled reporting workflows with rollout coordination.
• Validate releases and hotfixes against customer configurations
