Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead end-to-end deployment of PACS and imaging solutions in hospital settings. You'll work with radiologists, IT staff, and vendors to install, validate, and optimize DICOM workflows.

This remote role offers collaboration across teams, on-call rotations, and a focus on regulatory compliance and robust connectivity. A strong background in IT deployment and healthcare IT is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• 5+ years in an IT implementation or support role.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows administration.
• Experience with PACS, radiology workflow, DICOM, and HL7 is required.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PACS deployment and integration at healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate tasks, milestones, and client communication.
• Validate DICOM workflows and enterprise imaging connectivity.
• Provide second-level IT support during and after deployment.
• Maintain incident records and contribute to knowledge base.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
