Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer, Reporting Pro, to help customers adopt Reporting Pro correctly. The role blends radiology reporting depth, clinical workflow knowledge, and customer communication to configure reporting, build templates, and coach teams.

As an individual contributor reporting to the Service Engineering Lead, you will own escalation of engineering issues, support AI-enabled workflows, and ensure successful customer adoption across US deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Biomedical Eng, Health Informatics, Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in healthcare IT, medical imaging, or clinical systems.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role for radiology reporting systems.
• Working knowledge of HL7 v2 (ADT, ORM, ORU) and how reports flow to RIS/EHR.
• Hands-on configuration of report templates, macros, structured reporting and speech recognition.
• Strong radiology workflow understanding across RIS, worklists, dictation, sign-off, and critical results.
• Experience with cloud-hosted apps, storage, networking and SSO/authentication.
• Ability to communicate technical decisions to radiologists, IT leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own technical solution design and configuration of Reporting Pro for customers.
• Lead technical discovery with customers and implementation teams on reporting workflows and systems.
• Build and validate report templates and plan migration from legacy systems.
• Publish configuration standards, template libraries and deployment playbooks.
• Serve as customer-facing technical lead during go-lives, hypercare and escalations.
• Provide L3 escalation support for Reporting Pro issues within accounts.
• Convert recurring needs into standardized workflows and product requirements.
• Escalate engineering issues, triage defects and close the loop with customers.
• Support site reliability by monitoring service health and driving improvements.
• Define AI adoption requirements and feed back to Product/Engineering.
• Configure and support AI-enabled reporting workflows during rollout.
• Validate releases against representative configurations post-deployment.
