Banner Health is seeking a motivated Physician Coder with 6 months to 1 year of coding experience to join our Radiology coding group. This fully remote role requires CPC in active status and covers various radiology procedures, with equipment provided by Banner Health upon hire.

Competenze

• CPC, CCS, CCS-P, CCA, CPC-A, RHIA or RHIT active status required.
• Six months of professional coding experience in healthcare.
• Remote work ability with proper setup and reliable internet.
• ICD/CPT coding knowledge and familiarity with NCCI edits.

Mansioni

• Evaluate medical records and assign accurate ICD/CPT codes.
• Abstract and document codes and relevant data in EMR systems.
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulatory standards.
