Job summary

Foundever is hiring Account Resolution Specialists to support QuickBooks Online Accountant customers through inbound calls. You will guide clients in invoicing, bookkeeping, setup, and payroll while delivering a white-glove service in a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks is required.
• ProAdvisor certification preferred.
• Customer service experience, including advisory roles is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new products and quickly adapt to updates.
• Familiarity with payroll/bookkeeping concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist QuickBooks Online Accountant customers via inbound calls.
• Provide white-glove service to premium customers.
• Guide users through invoicing, bookkeeping, setup, payroll, and more.
• Demonstrate problem-solving on complex issues related to QuickBooks.
• Stay updated on latest QuickBooks versions and related products.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure optimal customer and employee experience.
