Foundever in Morristown, TN is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist to deliver personalized support for QuickBooks users. You will help clients navigate invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup and payroll, using your accounting knowledge to guide solutions during inbound calls.

Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks Online required.
• Customer service experience preferred, advisory exposure is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to product updates.
• QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support QuickBooks Online Accountant customers via inbound calls.
• Provide a white-glove service to premium customers.
• Guide customers through invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, payroll.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking for complex issues.
• Stay current with QuickBooks versions and related products.
• Collaborate with teammates to enhance customer experience.
