Qualifications

• Expertise in quantum mechanics, algorithms, and information theory
• Experience with post-quantum cryptography and NIST PQC standards
• Experience with existing cryptographic standards and frameworks (NIST, ISO/IEC 19790)
• Experience with classical and quantum simulation tools
• Project management or environment with CM in large org/government
• W-2 employment and U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Utilize Python, C++, and Java to implement and test cryptographic algorithms
• Advise on migration plans for quantum-resistant algorithms and PQC implementation
• Assess cryptographic inventory and identify migration priorities
• Communicate quantum risk to non-technical leadership
• Provide policy guidance aligned with NIST PQC standards (FIPS 203-205)
