True Zero Technologies is seeking a Quantum Computing / Cryptography Engineer for a remote, international role. The candidate will research, design, and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic solutions and migrate traditional cryptography to PQC standards across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in quantum computing and cryptography, plus strong programming skills in Python, Java, and C++. Collaboration with security architects will be ongoing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years IT experience with 5+ years in Quantum Computing & Cryptography
• Master’s degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience
• Expertise in quantum mechanics, algorithms, and information theory
• Experience with quantum programming languages and cryptographic protocols
• Familiarity with NIST PQC standards and PKI concepts
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and Java
• Experience communicating quantum risks to non-technical leadership

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate quantum-resistant cryptographic solutions (PQC)
• Assess enterprise systems for quantum threats and migration needs
• Design cryptographic modernization and migration strategies
• Develop and test cryptographic algorithms and libraries
• Implement quantum-safe algorithms and PKI integration
• Conduct cryptographic testing, security analysis, and benchmarking
• Create migration roadmaps and cryptographic inventories
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on quantum-security requirements
