Job summary

proSapient is seeking an autonomous Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of quantitative survey projects. Remote role aligned to West Coast hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time), with client-facing responsibilities, vendor coordination, data quality, and timely launches for Eastern Time clients.

In this role you will act as a trusted partner, applying quantitative expertise to anticipate challenges and deliver high‑quality outcomes with speed and precision.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in quantitative market research managing projects end-to-end.
• Strong client-facing communication; ability to manage expectations.
• Experience with panel/sample providers, survey programming/hosting, fieldwork.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA and handling PII in practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end survey engagements from kickoff to data delivery.
• Provide practical recommendations on survey design and field strategy.
• Manage clients and third-party vendors; oversee timelines and budgets.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure privacy compliance.
• Support launches across time zones and coordinate handoffs.
• Track margins and coordinate final billing reconciliation.
