Job summary

M3 USA is seeking a Project Manager to lead All Global data collection projects within healthcare market research. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with ISO 20252/26362 standards.

The role requires coordinating across Sales, Panel, and Programming, maintaining client communications, and facilitating accurate billing information for Finance. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years’ PM experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of market research project management experience in healthcare.
• Proficiency with Decipher or similar platform and MS Excel/Word.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project life cycle for data collection, from initiation through completion, including project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Review project documentation with the manager, flag issues that risk timing, budget, or gross margin, and partner with Client Services to secure a revised quote when needed.
• Lead the internal project kickoff meeting with Sales, Panel, and Programming to finalize requirements, timelines, and schedules; work directly with the client to confirm materials and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide clients with frequent status updates during fielding and recommend panel strategies to the panel team to maximize sample.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, panelist incentive payments are issued promptly, and Finance receives the metrics needed to complete billing and invoicing.
• Ensure all projects comply with ISO 20252/26362 standards, the Company's Quality Manual, applicable industry guidelines (e.g., BHBIA, EphMRA), and other regulatory and client requirements such as Adverse Event Reporting.
