TransPerfect is seeking a Project Manager with 3+ years of experience leading on-site data collection projects with a focus on user studies. You’ll own end-to-end delivery—timelines, budgets, and client-facing communications—while ensuring high-quality execution through strong attention to detail and strong team management.

This remote role prefers candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Los Angeles, CA, with travel to study locations across the USA for launches, maintenance, on-site

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading on-site data collection projects with user studies.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience coordinating vendors, field teams, and travel logistics.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of on-site data collection projects for user studies.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and staffing.
• Own budget forecasting, tracking, and vendor/contractor management.
• Create and deliver client-facing presentations and readouts.
• Coordinate on-site logistics, staffing, and travel for study launches.
• Support project team members and manage blockers and risks.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with consent/privacy rules.
• Maintain project documentation and status reporting.
