Job summary

All Global, part of M3 Inc., seeks a Project Manager, Quantitative, to oversee data collection programs across multiple healthcare studies. You will manage budgets, timelines, and client communications to deliver high-quality data on schedule.

Experience with Decipher or similar tools, plus advanced Excel/Word skills, is required. The role involves coordinating with Sales, Panel, and Programming teams and ensuring ISO 20252/26362 compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in market research project management, preferably within healthcare.
• Proficiency with Decipher or a similar platform, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with a high level of detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project life cycle for data collection, including budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Review project documentation with the manager, flag issues that affect timing, budget, or gross margin, and coordinate with Client Services for revised quotes.
• Lead the internal project kickoff meeting with Sales, Panel, and Programming; confirm materials and adjust plans with the client as needed.
• Provide clients with frequent status updates during fielding and optimize panel strategies to maximize sample.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, panel incentive payments are issued promptly, and billing metrics are provided for invoicing.
• Ensure all projects comply with ISO 20252/26362 standards and applicable guidelines.
