Responsibilities

• Receive survey requests and confirm audience, purpose, dates, and materials.
• Review questionnaires for order, options, links, and instructions.
• Set up surveys in Qualtrics using project details and naming conventions.
• Enter milestones, contact lists, response status, and follow-ups in Calc.
• Coordinate invitations and reminders with researchers and participants.
• Monitor responses, identify incomplete submissions, and address access issues.
• Respond to participant questions and guide next steps per guidance.
• Escalate setup concerns to the research team lead for direction.
• Prepare concise project updates on status and actions.
