Job summary

VISASQ/COLEMAN seeks a Senior Market Research Analyst to support survey projects end-to-end, including reviewing questionnaires, testing links, and ensuring data quality. You will engage with clients and collaborate across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC on a fast-paced, supportive team.

You will work from the U.S. East Coast with a strong preference for Raleigh, NC, and grow in project management and client engagement while leveraging Qualtrics, ERM, and PowerBI in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in quantitative market research, preferably in B2B.
• Familiarity with both online and CATI survey methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Qualtrics (or similar platforms); comfortable supporting survey setup and send-outs.
• Basic proficiency with ERM systems, CRM platforms, and PowerBI.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Confident communicator with experience in client-facing roles.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Skilled in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Agile research experience and global collaboration interest a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage survey projects from start to finish.
• Review questionnaires and provide constructive feedback.
• Test survey links and compile stakeholder feedback.
• Perform data quality reviews and final checks.
• Prepare final raw data files for client delivery.
• Assist in quotes and proposals.
• Participate in client intake and project calls.
• Coordinate day-to-day client communications under guidance.
• Monitor fieldwork in Qualtrics; support basic programming tasks.
