Job summary

Texas Windstorm Insurance Association seeks a Quality & Training Lead to advance underwriting quality, training effectiveness, and operational excellence. You will drive learning solutions, analyze trends, and champion continuous improvement across teams.

You’ll lead QA programs, partner with underwriting leaders, and develop dashboards to support data-driven decisions while promoting regulatory compliance and efficiency. This role offers a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance, training, compliance, process improvement, or related operations.
• 5+ years of experience leading quality assurance and training functions, including team development and audits.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, lead cross-functional work, and influence stakeholders.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with quality, audit, reporting, and learning systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA and training programs; drive learning solutions to improve underwriting quality and performance.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable quality insights and trends.
• Align QA practices with underwriting standards and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with underwriting leaders to support process improvements and system changes.
• Manage change readiness; ensure training and documentation support successful implementations.
