Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior QA Leader to oversee the QA lifecycle across multiple teams for an AI-native insurance platform. You will define and enforce QA processes, standardize tools and environments, and drive test coverage across products.

You will mentor QA Leads and engineers, partner with engineering and product to shape requirements, and deliver executive-level QA insights. A fully remote, globally distributed team offers a dynamic, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software QA spanning web and API apps.
• 2+ years directly managing QA Leads, senior engineers, or a multi-team QA function.
• Experience in insurance or a similarly regulated, complex industry is a strong plus.
• Proven track record establishing QA processes, tooling, and standards organization-wide.
• Experience navigating executive-level reporting — turning quality metrics into insights for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA lifecycle across multiple teams and projects, defining and enforcing QA processes and standardizing tools, environments, and test coverage organization-wide.
• Establish and continuously refine QA processes, procedures, and standards for testing products before they go to market.
• Ensure scalable test infrastructure and extend testing into performance, security, and compliance domains.
• Deliver executive QA insights — reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations — to the Head of QA and leadership.
• Mentor QA Leads and senior engineers; foster career growth and a culture of ownership and excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business analysts to shape requirements and testing strategies.
