• 5+ years of manual software testing in a product environment using risk-based approaches.
• 5+ years creating and executing test plans, cases, and scripts for complex applications.
• 5+ years translating requirements into testable scenarios and traceability artifacts.
• 5+ years analytical troubleshooting, including defect triage and root cause analysis.
• 1+ years leveraging AI or automation tools in software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead manual QA test planning and execution for assigned initiatives.
• Design and maintain comprehensive test documentation ensuring functional coverage.
• Refine requirements and acceptance criteria with cross-functional teams.
• Own defect lifecycle leadership with reproducible steps and evidence for resolution.
• Establish and improve regression suites and release testing.
