Job summary

Pie Insurance is seeking a Quality & Training Analyst to ensure policy and procedure consistency across underwriting, audit, and customer service. You will conduct file audits, analyze quality data, and help develop training to improve performance.

The role supports documentation governance and cross-functional collaboration to keep teams accurate and compliant. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred) and 3+ years in insurance QA or underwriting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in insurance QA, underwriting or premium audit.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation across states.
• Excellent attention to detail for high-volume files.
• Clear written and verbal communication; feedback framing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual file audits across underwriting, audit, and customer service.
• Gather and analyze data from quality reviews to identify trends.
• Promote quality awareness and coaching opportunities.
• Assist in training content development and delivery.
• Coordinate quality meetings, calibration sessions, and LOA docs.
• Provide guidance to grow SME knowledge and process understanding.
